「快達票」讓您購票更快、更易、更輕鬆，這句口號就只是口號，根本完全體驗不到。每次的熱門節目大批自用用家準時10:00AM排隊等入平台購票，但10秒又10秒又10秒又10秒的等待，要成功進入平台係難上加難，明明已經安安靜靜在等，失驚無神又懷疑您係機械人要做驗證，但做完驗證又停晒喺度冇反應，只好把APP退出然後再入，但再入時又懷疑您係機械人，做驗證啦！ 究竟「快達票」係讓誰可以有更快、更易、更輕鬆的購票體驗？！購票的體驗通常就係送您「全部售罄」四個大字，其後就只好想其他渠道購票，簡直係浪費時間，等嚟等去只有等，完全不知道自己排第幾，不知道自已會否成功進入平台。建議「快達票」檢視熱門節自開售的操作模式，並作出改善，真正做到購票更快、更易、更輕鬆！

There are numerous bugs and glitches, and the checkout process is hindered by the fact that other individuals have the same items in their baskets. As a result, everyone is facing timeout errors while attempting to complete their purchases. What’s the point of having an online checkout process when you can’t even get tickets into the cart?

Garbage level server No intention to improve It is the worst

成日都會error，又唔識自動refresh，成日refresh完兩三次之後就停咗喺0秒嘅畫面，仲要收$35/張手續費，垃圾到極點，希望唔好再有演唱會用依一個app做優先發售！

Based on my recent experience using the app the purchase tickets to a concert (which was not successful btw), it is evident that the backend is unable to cope with the volume of online traffic and the technical support had resorted to boot people from the queue by hard reset or treating the online customers as a DNS attack. With such poor backend infrastructure, this app is not going to be much help for customers. I strongly urge HK Ticketing to invest in better backend hardware and infrastructure before devoting more time to this app. Arguably that should be the area which they need to focus on immediately to maintain customer satisfaction.
