Description
由教育及青年發展局推出的手機應用程式－“花拉村”為一語言學習App，用戶可透過程式漸進式地輕鬆學習生活常用葡語；點選“電台節目”，可收聽“趣談普通話”和“葡文齊齊講”語言節目。語言推廣中心更會透過程式發佈普通話、葡語及英文的課程資訊，以及各類語言推廣活動的最新消息，用戶不但可以利用程式隨時隨地學習外語，更可第一時間追蹤語言學習脈搏，更好地規劃個人的進修安排。
