Description
本App适用于变电站故障维修工作场景，回避诸多工作中的常见问题。
工单流转：发现问题并创建工单，变电运维部接到工单后进行处理或转交专业部门，专业部门进行处理，如无法处理则转回变电运维部重新进行分配；
任务提醒：所有工作人员都可以看到本部门任务内的工单，超时有报警提示；
任务搜索：上级领导可以对指定变电站、指定部门、指定缺陷级别、时间段进行筛查工单；
报警：1变电运维转交给专业部门后，在规定时间内指定部门如未接单，则系统自动示提报警并上报给负责领导；2.对于已经接单的工单，如未在指定的处理时间内解决完毕，系统进行报警并上报给负责领导；
流转痕迹：每个工单中显示所有环节的部门名称、处理人、详细时间，并将每个环节按时间倒序排列，便于追溯。
