“活力科兴”是由北京金邦世创科技有限公司自主研发的一款专门服务于煤矿企业的信息平台，也是煤炭行业首家以大数据统计及分析实现“全员素质提升”及衡量“全员素质提升”的信息平台。
该平台结合了煤矿企业的全员素质提升、信息化建设、无纸化办公、培训随身化等等需求和发展方向，为煤矿企业搭建了一个职工素质和管理效率双重提升的信息平台。通过平台，可以帮助企业整合三大部门、两大建设的有效资源，让各个部门都能发挥其职能和作用。
活力科兴目前分为“手机APP”和“电脑管理端”两个客户端。手机端主要用于职工的素质提升，电脑管理端主要用于企业管理效率的提升。
