myNorthernHealth is a free health, wellbeing and sleep app developed with input from members and leading health professionals. It is designed for healthcare workers from a variety of different roles and expertise levels. myNorthernHealth will help strengthen your physical, emotional and social wellbeing. It will also put you in touch with help and support if you need it.
Our newly refreshed design offers a simple, intuitive experience, ensuring you have easy access to the tools and resources that matter most.
myNorthernHealth helps you:

myNorthernHealth was developed by Northern Health Hospital and includes information and resources specific to healthcare workers in Australia.
