应用模块：配电室值班人员的考勤管理，管理用户下各个配电室的详细情况，可查看每个配电室的值班人员的上下班信息，通过值班人员对配电室巡检数据提交，可在手机端查看配电室的各项数据，确保各模块顺利运行。
