本抱着不对您造成其他负面影响发送了邮件，万万没想到，点开评论区这么多的受害者，并且还冠冕堂皇地玩文字游戏，明明就是提前退费，还说什么明确写了一天之前取消续费，否则就会被扣费？那你七天免费试用怎么不写成六天免费试用呢？ 不懂苹果官方怎么会允许这样的产品上架，并允许其侵犯消费者合法退费的权益？ 本人孩子一周岁，无意间同其他育儿软件，下载该软件，从下载到届时才使用3分钟，却被提前收取193元年费费用，明明可以支持回收会员身份，却以文字游戏推诿。 本着不想白嫖该软件的友好意愿，发现提前扣费的第一时间申请退款，却始终被拒绝忽视，发送邮件也始终未果。 该软件明明有其他的签约方案，却默认年费续费，其实质不过就是为了割韭菜罢了，能割多少是多少，起初并不想把你们想象地如此不堪，但纵观评论区的评论和其他消费者的评论，以及你们的回馈，真相就不得而知了。 193虽不说是多大数额的金钱，但终归是让人觉得不值得罢了，一个连试用都只体验了3分钟的软件，却被迫收费193，且后续根本没有使用的需求。 与此同时，该软件的存在不仅仅是损害了部分消费者的权益，更是一步步影响了部分iphone用户对使用app store体验服务的消费意愿，摧毁了对apple运营商城的信任与理解。
