勞工處開發的「青年就業起點」手機應用程式，為15至29歲，可在香港合法受僱及居住的青年人，提供最新及免費的就業支援資訊。青年人可用此程式即時獲得有關「青年就業起點」的設施及服務的資訊，並透過此程式申請使用各項設施及服務。
主要功能包括：
1.以關鍵字、培訓課程類別、「青年就業起點」中心以及培訓課程舉辦日期搜尋培訓課程
2.提供會員登入服務，以便會員查詢及申請使用「青年就業起點」的電腦設施、職業輔導及會計或法律諮詢服務及報名參加培訓課程和招聘活動
3.提供「青年就業起點」的設施及服務簡介和最新培訓及招聘活動資訊
4.提供兩所「青年就業起點」地址、電話、開放時間及地圖位置
5.支援繁體中文、簡體中文及英文三種文字
