Unable to access when overseas after update
The latest version has removed access to the security key when overseas! I can’t access my account anymore!
NOT user friendly
Not user friendly. Please re-design the app with your customers in mind. We are living in a day and age where seamless e-banking is the norm, but this app is so frustrating to use.
Control your update cycle!
Keep updating is not good for user experience.
Stupid update method
Update method used by this app is the most stupid one and not being used by any other app. Update happens without any notice, happen in the foreground and you are forced to keep the app open until the update is finished. This is ridiculous.
