「写真と動画の背景加工 背景を透明化」と書かれていますが動画の背景は透明に出来ませんでした。課金してProにしても変わらず。改善するか返金して下さい。

動画の透明は無し
動画の透明はありませんでした。 また、被写体も消えたりと 修正等が全くできない プロ版で何か変わるかと思いましたが 何も変わらずアンインストールします。
動画
動画の背景をぼかしたかったためインストールしました。設定自体は簡単で使いやすかったので、思わずpro版を580円だったかで購入。画像はよかったですが、動画はブレブレになってしまい、このままでは使えません。せっかくお金払ったので改良お願いします。
