由Flutter工具构建，包含了二进制、八进制、十进制、十六进制之间整数、小数的相互转换，以及简单的加减计算。
生活那么复杂，为何工具也要那么复杂，不如我们抛去繁杂的界面，少一点负担也许是不错的选择。

二进制显示建议

建议二进制显示的时候，每隔四位有个空格。这样看起来不容易看错，以及方便确定位数。
