Database Does not exist
App was brilliant and has all the features but now opening there is an error message saying database does not exist and stays on that screen. Very disappointed now.

Lovely design, useful, allows back up. Pleasure to use BUT every time I open it it says database missing so I have to follow guidance to update data in files app before I can use it which is a chore when I want to app to quickly check on my stocks before a shop. Really wish app creator would rectify this issue with an app update because for me it’s a killer
This App is brilliant for both keeping a Grocery inventory and a general inventory. I use a folder titled Groceries to maintain an up to date inventory and a check list is automatically created when the item drops below the number I’ve set as I update the amount as I use the items. This is quick and easy to do. I was able to number each item so that the list appears in the order at my Supermarket. I now know exactly what I have in my kitchen, fridge & freezer. The list can be emailed to my iphone so I don’t have to take my iPad. I have another inventory for all other items and where they are which has already helped greatly in finding items I need and can’t remember where they are. Thank you One request please; Could the app be updated to enable it to rotate to landscape mode?
It’s an enjoyable app to use but for me I can’t use fully as I would like. I like the format and once you have a play around with it and understand how it works it’s useful Downsides are: no instructions or help button on how to use; the website proved useless and couldn’t find email support to ask questions; it’s still limited to only just over 100 items displayed in the list section so you can’t see everything at once; I wanted to see absolutely everything that I had in inventory but it’s not possible; or would have liked to select only certain sections such as bathroom and kitchen together but not possible Still use it for household items just disappointed that can’t use it for food stuff too
I got this to manage my “emergency food” pile so I knew if something was going out of date so I could use it. It’s now tracking our medicine cabinet, all our long lasting food and some key fridge essentials. We now just have an “untracked” shelf which is the only area that we don’t bother to put in the app. I use every feature: what’s going to go out of date soon, “hey you are low on this”, how much did this cost last time I bought it, how much of this have I used in the last few months, do we have this at home (while shopping or can’t be bothered to hunt through cupboards). Organised by folders and use the search if I forget my own categorisation. I’ve also used the notes section extensively as that makes it flexible to add your own feature in a way. Eg for chopped tomatoes, I normally have a few cans with multiple use by dates and I want them all in the same item so usage gets tracked correctly. I want the all the individual use by dates written down so when I use the oldest one i know the next use by without looking in cupboards again. That’s the only “missing feature” but I’ve worked around it and idk how many people need it, I’m happy. I use this on iPhone and an iPad, same apple account so same inventory on both so my partner enters changes on the iPad at home and we have access to the info on my phone when out and about. Minor issue is my iPad is super old (unsupported) and recently have to uninstall/reinstall app often due to “database conflicts” even though changes still sync between iPad and iPhone 💁
Had issues at first but all sorted now. Would be nice if could use on multiple devices. Can only find way to use on one device.
Using the app for home brew beer stocks. I’ve found it easy to use and has all I want for my needs, sell by date, reorder alarm, etc. It links to iCloud so the list can be updated on iPad and iPhone, although application must be closed for update.
