拥有优质农副产品或包装食品的用户注册平台并根据《食品安全法》实名备案后，可在平台上发布供应信息。农副产品需求者使用平台进行商品的采购。平台使用第三方支付工具进行线上付款，平台将根据结算规则定期与供应方进行清算。
找生鲜平台运营方负责系统的维护与升级，并有义务与责任对平台所售农副产品进行质量控制，平台率先在交易的基础上引入了食品安全信息公示与流通溯源采集查询体系以加强对平台安全食品环境的构建。
