木梯管家是一款以健身教练、运动康复师、物理治疗师为主体的智能工具，为会员提供健康档案、课程内容、运动处方、饮食计划、运动测试等定制服务，同时是一款集工作数字流程化管理、专业交流、创作内容于一身的智能系统。

木梯管家APP已提供的专业内容有调查问卷；心肺、力量、柔韧性等体能测试；体态测试；FMS测试、SFMA、各个关节的功能测试；疼痛测试、触诊测试、神经测试、关节内活动测试、反射和皮肤感觉测试、不稳定测试、排列测试、脱臼测试、现象测试、步态测试等其他测试。
工作库提供动作库、课程库、运动医学库、运动处方库。内容如下：动作库器械训练、徒手训练、自由重量、小工具、拉伸、放松、BOSU球药球等、普拉提、瑜伽。
课程库主要是提供“解决问题”的内容：包括运动方法（生活问题的运动解决办法、疾病问题的运动解决办法）、减脂课、增肌课、普拉提课、瑜伽课、运动康复课、拳击课、自由锻炼（此内容是为会员制定自己锻炼的内容）。
运动医学库主要内容是“问题是什么”，这些问题跟运动有什么关系，内容如下：
常见问题（常见运动问题、常见急救方法、会员常见问题解答、常见概念问题）、动作解剖、肌肉神经解剖、骨骼肌肉的问题、神经系统问题、心肺代谢问题、肿瘤疾病问题、其他疾病及并发症等。
运动处方库提供26种运动有效预防的康复运动处方，运动处方详细内容在学习中心阅读。
实现功能包括：上课、制定私教计划、会员自由锻炼功能、饮食计划、制定运动（康复）处方和计划、各种运动测试工具等，还有基本的SAAS服务功能。
