このアプリをインストールしたスマートフォンまたはタブレットを会議室に設置することで、会議室の入退室を把握し、実際にどの会議室が使われているのか、今すぐ使える会議室はどこなのか、がわかるようになります。
スマートフォンでも利用できるため、会議室だけでなく小規模な商談ブースやオープンスペースのソファ席など、あらゆるスペースに設置することで利用状況が把握可能になります。
