AppCBT is the first mobile application that accompanies the patient during his or her behavioral and cognitive therapy and facilitates follow-up with the therapist.
Thanks to AppCBT you can :
- You can complete the BECK columns from your app and your therapist receives and comments on the results in his dashboard.
- You or your therapist can create the exercises to be performed in the application or from his dashboard.
- You send the results and evaluations of each exercise to your therapist who receives them simultaneously on his dashboard.
- You follow your progress thanks to your exposure history.
- You can communicate with your therapist remotely thanks to the visio-consultation tool.
- You communicate with him/her from the dedicated messaging system in the application.
The mobile application does not replace the therapist but it is an essential tool for an effective therapy.
