Description

AppExpress allows you to create data-entry forms for the iPad and iPhone. Information captured in these forms is synced to the cloud and can be shared across multiple devices within the same account.
A form-builder allows you to configure forms with a variety of layouts. A Tree-and-Branch facility allows different routes to be taken through the form depending upon answers to previous questions.
You can take photos and attach them to records. Photos of business cards can be specifically captured for transcription. The app can also scan QR codes and a variety of other barcode formats.
Please note that AppExpress is not free; it is a free download from the App Store, but you must purchase a commercial subscription to be able to login.
