App never opens , I tried deleting and reinstalling. We go at least twice a month so losing a ton of supposed points

This app is a joke. It’s trash. They don’t even pay any attention to it. It hasn’t been updated for 2 years. It doesn’t work. Downloading this is a waste of time and space. Don’t bother.
Does Nothing
I can’t even explore the app. Because it won’t let me create an account. The app crashes after you try to set up your account information. Honestly the only good thing is the logo. Horrible app. Don’t download it.
