Online ordering

Easy , convenient and accurate

loved it

food is so good!! i thought my order was going to be at least $20 with a tip and everything, but i was wrong! cheap and tasty!! comes warm and drink was still cold!

No BBQ ribs

I always use to get the bbq ribs but the app will not let me select it because it is no longer offered in there even though they still have it They should put a way to send a message to the staff. They almost always forget all the sides like bbq I pay for. Since they don’t let me pick it as an entree I get it all on the side. So it would be nice instead of calling and waiting for someone to answer they could instead have a way for me to send a message. I always tip over 10 for the car side to go so they shouldn’t forget my stuff. It’s getting really old not having my whole order.

Apple Pay

So I ordered and I wanted to pay with my Apple Pay, but it would not complete it without a shipping address. I don’t know why you would ship my to my home weird anyhow take that out and I’ll give you five stars.

Double pay

I paid and got the receipt that I paid. App is wanting me to pay again.

Very Satisfactory

I love their salmon with cilantro rice. Appetizer chicken wonton tacos is veeeeeery good. Everything is good specially if youre hungry. I only order their food on car side togo since the pandemic and they’re always on time. Good job people in Mt Pleasant Michigan! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

New app is unwieldy

So you finish your order and fill in your id and credit card only to have the app say the cannot complete the order at the asked for delivery time and require you go back to the beginning to enter a new time AND THEN THE MAKE YOU ENTER YOUR ID AND CREDIT CARD INFO ALL OVER AGAIN. How stupid is that? Makes me want to go somewhere else for food. Why don’t app developers learn about user interface design?

Special Instructions Tap

They close at 1:00am but the last pick up time is 12:10am I get off work at 12:30am and less that 5 minutes away. Wish there was a tan to place special instructions prepare a certain way. Specifically,special cooking instructions like I can’t be there at your desired pick up time
