I love this app. I’ve used it in Miami, Las Vegas, Toronto and Montreal. It’s worked every time…got all the best reservations at good times just a few days before in some cases. Kept me out of trouble for not planning important events properly!

Great for last minute reservations

I paid $100 for a reservation and when I arrived at the restaurant they had no record of it and I was turned away by the restaurant. A humiliating experience! I filed a claim for a refund and they don’t respond and have kept my money!

I purhcased a reservation from this service and when I showed up to the resetaurant, they had no record of the reservation and I was turned away. I filed a claim with Appointment Trader but they have not refunded me. Not only was my night ruined, having to endure a humiliating interaction with the restaurant in front of my wife but they absconded with $100 of my money and are not responding to my messages about issuing a refund. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

Was able to get what I needed last minute

Very simple straightforward way to get a reservation at places that you normally wouldn’t be able to get a table.

This app can bridge you to many must try places in your city, don’t be afraid to book something a month ahead if it’s cost efficient. & if you have money to blow sure buy the resy everyone wants to have tonight. Get creative with your selections and it’ll usually end your night with a smile.

The app user experience could be a little better but It’s great!

Quite possibly the worst app I have ever seen. Totally unusable, complicated and full of bugs. Also, reservations are often fake.
