We use the app for sending out specials, coupons and deals on a weekly basis. It was easy to use. There were times we ran very aggressive discounts for our app users only to keep them engaged.

My customers hate this app, they actually get angry with us. It causes problems, they’re constantly changing things, there’s not a lot of creative leeway, they only pay you through PayPal it’s quite horrible. Go to Buildfire.com build your own app there. I started to create a notification today, but they changed their app again! I’m fed up with it. And, customer service is horrible, it’s beyond horrible. It takes several days for them to get back to you, and their English is not that great. Don’t waste your money. Just move on, save yourself the headache and aggravation.
Support says they will take up to 2 to 3 business days to respond to just even a basic message.I have shared my business link from the AppsVillage app to over 30 people and after they put their phone number in, it then it says enter a verification code. Your app is not sending the “”verification code”” to the majority of the people that I am sharing my app with.If the people cannot receive a verification code they will not receive messages whenever I send them out. Why is this happening.?
BUYER BEWARE-RIP-OFF COMPANY. Unfortunately this app did not work. Regardless of every interventions for their support team, it still does not allow customer app user the ability to complete the phone number verification process in order to receive notifications such as sales. Additionally, their satisfaction guarantee is not what it claims to be. After 2 weeks trying to address the problem, I canceled my account. Apps Village still charged me after the cancellation. I reached out to the CEO Max Bluvand to address this matter and as of a week later still no refund! I will be filing a formal complaint with all platforms this app is sold on and filing a formal complaint with BBC.

The app for our music studio was so easy to set up and very affordable. The recent update makes it very easy to click “not now” on the sign up for SMS pop-up. The directions for adding to iOs/Android home screen are very clear and easy to follow. My main reason for adding this standalone app is for users to follow our social media posts without being on Facebook and Instagram. I like that the app auto-populates content from the studio FB page and that I can also add new content from the app. Well done. I think the choice of stock photos could be better for in-app posts but it’s not a big deal because I can easily replace the photo with a photo of my choice.
I manage 2 Asian markets in the Seattle area. I added the use of this App after we opened our 2nd location and have now been using this App now for about month. In just that time, the number of users has reached over 350. We’ve increased our response time directly with customers which is huge. I love the fact that when we post specials, the App users will get text notifications. These customers are the ones most likely to purchase, and they feel special because they get to know about out specials well before our ads are published in other media. Most importantly, during this short time of mastering the admin side of the App, I’ve sent support a couple of inquiries, and the response via email is usually within 24 -36 hours and we’re always spot on helpful. I’ve since recommended this App to several colleagues in retail and restaurants.
