Manquement et non intuitif
L’application manque des fonctionnalités par rapport à la version web. Le produit est peu intuitif. Pour les débutants et un niveau intermédiaire, le produit peut devenir frustrant. Un produit concurrent comme Babbel permet un meilleur accompagnement pendant la formation. De plus, l’application mélange de l’Anglais et le Français dans les explications des exercices. Cela peut devenir frustrant. Le produit est mal adapté.
Niveau mal évalué
L’évaluation ne correspond pas du tout à mon niveau. Les exercices proposés ne me permettent pas d’améliorer mes compétences. Je suis très déçue.
Avis
L’Utilisation de divers accents est très bien ainsi que la diversité des sujets. Il est dommage de ne pas pouvoir revenir en arrière dans toutes les situations . Bonne application dans l’ensemble. Impossible de revenir en arrière pour reprendre un exercice.
Support
Difficultés à comprendre ce que l’on attend de moi, rythme trop rapide des réponses, qualité du son . Sans doute besoin de s’adapter au support ...

Bug IOS13 ☹️
Bonjour, A priori, l’application se ferme prématurément sous IOS13 ! ☹️
But
Dans le menu My Level si on veut changer de niveau il manque la touche ok pour valider si bien que le niveau reste le même, il ne faut pas se tromper lors de l’ initialisation. Une réinstallation n’ y fait rien. Travail hors ligne pas possible. Il serait bien que lorsqu’on visualise une vidéo la suivante se charge en arrière plan , on passe son temps à regarder des petites roues tourner.
