Hard to understand

I don’t know if it’s that the app is struggling or if it’s my solar panels. I’m getting lots of sunlight and the panels show that they are working but the power section says 0. The production section shows nothing at all. When I go to the device section and tap online it says none of them are online. I can’t find anything online for how to fix that either.
