Wrong debit card
It says I’m paying with MasterCard and it’s actually a Visa debit, although the information is right on the card
Piss poor service
Cannot sort problems out and don’t even let you know what is happening. Some of the staff can’t tell what the problem is and you have to go round in circles to find someone who does. Waste of time and they are not bothered with sorting out their own mess. They messed about with my payments and this threatened my perfect payments on my credit file, this is nine years old in March 25, would be older if I have set everything up earlier. I have other credit which I have never had a problem with and this account will be paid in a couple of months and will not be used again. Save the headache and use someone else plus in most cases it will be cheaper.
