Aqueous FAQ

Is Aqueous legit?
🤔 The Aqueous app's quality is mixed. Some users are satisfied, while others report issues. Consider reading individual reviews for more context.
When it works, it does its simple job. But to start every day, on the phone it has to be opened and wiped from memory and reopened in order to begin with 0 oz. Sometimes even that does not work. Most of the time, watch and phone app sync, but not always.
Worth every penny
I like how simple and elegant this app is to use. I’ve used others where they ask way too many questions before you can enter what you’ve drunk. For example why do other apps need to know how much tea or juice I’ve drunk? The amount of water in tea or juice is almost 100% if not 99% so it’s a superfluous question. This app doesn’t waste time with unnecessary things and makes the experience super easy and fun to use.
I had purchased the internal upgrade to unlock the water images and the full notification sounds. These are fantastic upgrades.
Can’t depend on it
It has not been switching to 0 next day. I had to manually delete water cause it did not start over. Otherwise it is cute especially on watch. Update... still so unreliable.., I am going to delete it.
Best App!!
This app is great. Gives a nice gentle reminder every time to drink water. It works really amazing on the Apple Watch as well. Very reliable app too. I have never seen it crashing. Overall amazing and I would recommend this app!!
Does not sync with Apple Watch
I like that this app reminds me to stay hydrated, however there are sync issues with my Apple Watch. If I update my water intake on my watch, it does not update on the mobile app and visa-versa. This is annoying and causes inaccuracies. I hope the developer fixes this bug!
Like this app
Like this app except for two things that maybe I don’t understand. 1. Separate or ability to choose water, tea, soda, etc. 2. Ability to only do a time line of 24 hours, so amounts don’t conflict from day to day. Thanks.
Cute but won’t sync
Love the extra touches to motivate you to drink more water- going to try opening app on phone and watch at the same time to see if it will sync. Right now my watch and app are both showing yesterday’s (+ the day before that) info and can’t start a new day. 😕
Has some flaws in syncing
Love the ease and simplicity of the app but the majority of the days it would log my water intake properly on the phone but not with my I-Watch. It became a problem and I had to transfer to another app. Bummer.
I like it a lot
I highly recommend this app, especially if you have an Apple Watch. It's very entertaining to use, specially when you've reached your goal for the day -- there's a nice surprise when you reach your daily target. Nice work!
Great app!
The app works great but has problems syncing with my phone. My watch will display a different amount than what my phone has. Sometimes the only way to get them to sync is to open the apps on both devices. Needs to be updated.
