AR Telescope-3L

The app came with my new National Geographic telescope, however the entire app’s text are in hieroglyphics and is completely unusable.

NG Sky Assist 102 telescope has a Bluetooth adapter to connect your phone on a handy mount on the telescope. It comes with an activation code for ARtelescope app. I downloaded the app. It said my phone was compatible. I scanned the QR code for the activation but no Bluetooth connection is available. Kind of a bust.

App won’t open it would load then crash immediately… only got to use it once :( great app while it worked though

Keeps asking to scan before use and isn’t scanning anything just keeps fake scanning something the whole time

This app is the most complicated app I’ve ever tried to maneuver. The camera inverts when trying to use the app. On top of that the actual manual instructions are poor too! This needs some serious re-designing and better explanation because this is not it.

The box doesn’t even have instructions the app just looks horrible and cheap when I tap out of the thing for the stars it keeps talking and it’s so annoying so don’t even waste your time buying this thing and it was a horrible birthday gift just listen to the reviews but what do you expect from a cheap Chinese company I hate this I wish I never got this gift EVEN when I built it by looking at the box I built it but guess what the thing was pitch black I hate this

Don’t download, and return the telescope it came with.

App continually crashes and is not at all functional. Will be returning the telescope.

i paid extra for a telescope with the feature but the app crashes almost immediately after pairing
