I used it to order before I reach the store to make my coffee ready, but unfortunetly the staff never check their system, so I have to tell them when I reach the store and they start making the coffee. So there is no point of the app

You need to put the cash option as a payment method

I use the application a lot because of the loyalty points, which work well until it doesn't! I have been put in many situations where i just cant order from it (i do restart the app- turn my phone off & checked for updates). The whole point of using the app is to redeem free coffee so if I cant do that it’s pointless!!

It’s butter if we can order from store and paying from the app .

Add something to change number

I usually order my coffee with half shot l, but the app doesn’t have that option, it needs more customization
