You delivered to the wrong address

I like the constant reminder and the ability to track the drivers location.

To track your parcel is fine. When you try to log a complaint/enquiry through customer support- doesn’t work. Need to organize a return on a package, as there was delays. Can’t get hold of anyone telephonically nor through the app, even the website. Aramex South Africa customer care is non existent.

Companies need to stop giving Aramex South Africa our products they always delay delivery and have bad service with poor agents🚮🚮🚮🚮I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use Aramex South Africa they don’t use serious 🚮🚮🚮🚮the waste service I have ever seen I wish companies like Nike can find a better courier 🚮🚮🚮🚮

All my parcels arrive on time and exactly how they sent it from it's country of origin🥰. Some courier services open and steal parcels. i.e some courier company i won't mention😔😞 my parcel was delivered but it wasn't in it's box 😭

My shipment has and still hasn’t reached me.It’s been a week now and no one at the of the phone to schedule my delivery.This is the worst delivery company ever……

Aramex will always find a way to disappoint you why this aramex people can just close the company?? Because they can’t do they job properly 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Incredibly unreliable, my package was with Aramex for over two weeks!!! I had to call to find out what was going on. Only then did they attempt to deliver.

I was scared the order could maybe get late at my workplace since it’s 16:00 when we go home,but since it’s the Aramex courier it made in time and I’m so happy after I received my package at 13:43❤️❤️Thank You Aramex u’re appreciated and trustworthy 🥰🙏.
