I’ve logged in to this 14 times and it will not go past the sign on screen. It’s difficult to actually rate the app since no one‘s ever actually been able to get into it.

Take me back to the previous app. It’s annoying you have to scroll through each month to get them to show up in list form.

My app only works half the time. Some weeks it works perfect and some weeks it doesn’t work at all and I can’t see any of my games. Needs fixed desperately.

This app was great. Then, on Nov 23rd, the website went down for maintenance and I was logged out of the app. when the site came back online, the “sign in” button is greyed out. 😕 Hopefully tech can get it back up and operating

This app continues to kick me out of the app when I’m using it! This is frustrating when you work a tournament and suddenly as you change fields you’re logged out! I received a note from the developer that they had fixed the issue on 10/31….. I’m on the newest release and it is still a major issue.

Running latest version of iOS and updated app - terrible glitch, it just keeps trying to launch multiple times per second, think strobe light effect. Something’s definitely wrong with the app rendering it useless.

No way to set up notifications. Not as easy to navigate and to see game assignments. Terrible

The previous app was easier and so much better to navigate. The layout of this app is awful. I cannot access lists, blocks etc and the information it gives is sparse. They need to scrap this version and go back to the previous one. So mad that I deleted the previous version and am stuck with this piece of garbage

This updated version of the officials app has made my job a lot easier when I’m on the go. I’ve got all the information I need on my phone for quick access. I like the addition of notes and events in the new version

This app and the website are poorly coded and extremely buggy. Sadly, many assignors and school leagues go with this outdated app. It gets one star for calendar integration. Outside of that, it force quits or gives weird error messages on the mobile website and in-app. I wish it was more like Notch, which is just a mobile website, but at least it’s reliable and dependable. Lots of work to be done, hopefully it’s sooner rather than later.
