This app is used in construction spatial understanding education. The app incorporates augmented reality, a real BIM model, 360 imaging and plan drawings of a real building that perfectly match and where the user can seamlessly switch between the modes to better understand the connection between these modes of representation. Moreover, the user can enable and disable layers of the building, such as electrical, hydro, structural etc. with adjustable transparency, effectively enabling the user to see through walls how these features come together. The user can freely roam through the building to explore all parts of it or use predefined waypoints.
