Arc - Seamless File Transfer

I’ve rarely encountered an app as frustrating to use as this one. From the moment I launched it, I was met with slow load times, frequent crashes, and a general lack of responsiveness. It’s clear the developers have either neglected proper optimization or simply don’t care about providing a seamless service. My subscription plan feels like a financial mistake.

Worst to share anything its wants money …its a premium subscription

Every time I relaunch the app it showing me login screen

I used it few months back to transfer data and it was worth to download it. Then I thought to keep it and I purchased its ARC Plus subscription. Now it is working with very poor speed with lots of connection break.

I bought the pro membership since then i am unable to even use the app before that nothing was wrong suddenly after the purchase made app gets crashed even after multiple downloads . Dont waste money on it

Best app But bring back the sharing via hotspot feature. Because we have to use 3 phones for sharing files, one is for creating WiFi And this is difficult process in sharing

I purchased the lifetime subscription 4 months ago, and now I am being told that I have to pay again for the new version of the app. Furthermore, they have introduced a new payment layer called Pro which requires monthly payments. This situation is quite embarrassing for me, as I feel like I have been taken advantage of by this app. I am considering deleting it permanently and searching for more reputable apps that do not engage in fraudulent practices.

Not able to transfer large files even of 2-3 gb. I transferred large files from ios 16 to windows10 but every time it gets stuck. The app crashes every time and even freeze my mobile. I even upgraded the app by paying money. Please return my money.
