I’m a total newcomer to rhythm games but I love playing and experiencing stories, and Arcaea is incredible in how it presents story and gameplay. My one feedback is to create an even easier difficulty so even newcomers can experience the story and gameplay together. Or incorporate the percentage unlock system on lower difficulties. Currently I’m stuck on Black Fate’s anomaly challenge and it’s not really accommodating for newcomers to pass through. I worry this is a controversial opinion but it’d make the experience of Arcaea for newcomers a bit easier. I mean, I’m willing to pay for the content and I’d really love to experience it myself. That’s my one request.

The notes that are like hold notes, that are shaped like diamonds are very unresponsive and hard to use, the rest of the game is fine though.

Don’t get me wrong, I adore the idea of playing in 3 dimensions. But 95% of this game is locked behind various paywalls. Not even Rayark is this bad. No, seriously, let’s do a comparison. Cytus II gives about 150 songs, 50+ hours of gameplay and the entire base story for the low low price of $2. (or even free if you’re on an iPad) Arcaea, however gives less than a dozen when you first start out and makes it hard to get more without paying for albums. You get three entries in the story before the rest is behind numerous paywalls. Each $5 paywall unlocks half a dozen songs and 6 entries or so to match. You know the funny thing? All these problems would disappear if the devs would give us literally any way to get the premium currency for free. Iowiro, you know it’s bad when the company known for being greedy is less greedy than you.

The game’s audio will cut out if you get phone calls or leave the app and return. Sometimes it doesn’t work even opening the app or restarting the phone, pls fix.

I really like how Arcaea uses floor and sky notes unlike most rhythm games that only use floor notes, but there’s one small problem. Whenever I call someone and play Arcaea, the audio is really glitchy and weird. The visual is fine but it’s just the audio. This only happens when you call someone and play Arcaea. So if you can and have time lowiro, please fix this. But aside from that, in my opinion this game is amazing!! I definitely recommend this to other rhythm gamers that want a challenge. The songs are good, and the anomalies are really fun and cool to see! Another thing is that buying the packs make you go broke. So please make it so the packs costs fragments as well instead of just memories.
