Opened the app after a long time and got a notification that the account is banned forever. Banning people without any notifications and clear explanation of the mistakes made, very disappointing.
Game Crashing
Why ping in game was very but my data connection was actually solid,but i still experienced bad ping,so I decided to to uninstall and reinstall back the game,now it doesn’t log in,i love thid game so much,please fix this issue.

Add in more vanity crafting
Have been playing since the early 2000s, one of my favourite MMOs for the mobile. You should add in more craftable vanity that uses rare, epic and legendary items instead of arcane and heroic. There are some epic and legendary items that would look super cool as vanity. i.e Stately/champion armour set ( Armour worn by the Nordr npcs)

Action-Packed Arcane Adventure
Arcane Legends is a wonderful and fun-filled game with much excitement! The adventures and regular events are simply action-packed! However, the game would become even better if Squarish/Symmetrical, Small/Delicate backpacks were released! Thank you STS!
Glitch
I recently joined back the game( 5 minutes ago) and when I logged in my venom set was gone. When I asked one person he said that this guy has some hack that allows him to steal from others inventory or something like that. I’m very upset as I worked for that 8+million item for about 2 years worth of gameplay. I hope that you can solve this issue. IGN:Smashyoubasis/Smashyouba/Smashyoubabro

Game is really good, but lacks Wireless controller support.
The game is really good and stable, but lacks support for Steelseries wireless controllers (please at least add support for the Steelseries Nimbus Wireless Controller) . The support for this controller is really helpful for players who are playing on iPads as they've really big screens and are hard to control by fingers a lot of the time. Alternatively, please add the ability to remap controls on wireless keyboards.
