昆兰储能云管家详细使用操作步骤以及APP主要功能：购买了本公司储能产品（如储能柜）的用户，管理员通过EMS将储能柜的运行数据状态实时上传后端数据库并在后台为用户配置账号信息，用户使用账号密码成功登录之后可以通过概览页面查看当前场站储能设施运行数据，如昨日收益、累计充放电量以及系统效率等，管理员账号点击上方单站概览可以切换单个场站并查看对应储能设备的运行数据。点击tabbar“实时运行”，进入储能场站列表页面，可以查看储能设备展示的一些运行数据和状态，点击列表，进入对应场站的详细数据展示模块，首先是电站概览页面，可以查看展示的实时运行的信息以及储能柜不同舱位的运行数据，点击设备详情，可以切换查看不同设备的实时运行数据，点击故障报警，查看储能场站运行中设备出现问题报警，方便用户以及发现问题并进行解决维修，点击曲线报表，将不同的运行数据以折线图、柱状图、数据表格等可视化形式返回给用户查看，主要包括实时运行、电网负荷、PCS曲线、电池信息报表、能耗报表、收益报表等模块，用户如果接入了充电桩系统，点击充电桩可以查看充电桩的设备信息以及充电记录，点击充电记录列表，可以进入充电交易详情页面，查看充电桩对应充电记录的尖峰平谷收益，以及可以查看充电桩充电时的数据报文，便于及时发现充电桩的异常数据及时进行维修。返回实时运行页面，点击列表右侧黄色的小图标，进入能量控制页面，用户可以通过能量控制模块制定策略模板（当天时间段之间的充放电），同时进行策略管理来提高储能柜的充放电效率，以及通过手动模式完成对储能设备的开关机等作。来到tabbar的统计报表页面，在上方可以查看当前场站充放电量/收益报表，下方查看故障报警数据，点击右侧查看详情可以进入详情页面查看具体的数据信息，点击tabbar我的，用户可以查看账号基本信息以及进行密码更改和退出登录，昆兰储能云管家App作为北京昆兰新能源技术有限公司储能产品配套软件系统服务于购买了本公司储能产品的用户，基本上为数据展示页面，无获取用户任何信息以及无任何收费功能，目的在于帮助使用本公司储能产品的用户更加简单便捷的实时查看设备运行数据，帮助用户提升充放电效率、减少一定的运维成本。
