With the latest server merge 13/06/24 there is no change server option, so many more people from merging servers fighting for the same number of dominion spots, play for what now? It is time to quit this game (I guess this is what developers want?)

I got reset for 4 5 time . Lost the progress even when you save in i cloud. 0 customer support. Automated reply in email. 0 respond in discord. This game developer is just scammer.
Can’t restore your purchase neither will they get back to you through email
Recently got this game and logged in on my second day to get the 5-star Character. After claiming it and using him in my party, I logged back in to find that the character completely disappeared despite the login rewards saying I claimed him already. ID: 4312882 (ap-northeast-2)
Helllo? You guys don’t even reply emails. I lost my progress, already top up so much but don’t want help. Few hundred dollars reloaded, progress gone. And you don’t reply emails
I have been trying to reach the technical support to ask for a refund but to no avail. The app is only capable of accepting purchase and then not give the item of purchase after.
Timer is supposed to be there to remind us to clock the attack. But when u hide it people will got chance to forgot to clock the attack, and worst still when they never clock the attack instead of just drop one rank, they drop all the way to bronze and start from fresh. Please place the timer out again like the previos version.
Whenever I upgrade it to level 2. It will always have a success failure and goes back down to level 1 over and over again. I don’t know whether it’s the system issue or something but it keeps a happening so many times
It always gets stuck at Finding the lost bow or Processing your request in game. Annoying
