Their website process is a mess
I lost the 50% discount because there’s no customer service number and I wrote them and didn’t get a response about my problems with the website I must’ve had to redo things 10 times. I want to give somebody a gift of doing their hair with a certain color and it wasn’t in any of the stores in the area otherwise I never would’ve ordered. I had to cut out three different items because I didn’t get the discount. I was not happy. The hair color is great.
