Description

Arculus is the next-gen crypto and NFT cold storage wallet solution. The Arculus Wallet App lets you securely hold the world’s leading cryptocurrencies and NFTs. Arculus features an easy-to-use mobile app and a sleek, metal card where you store and control your private keys. Arculus was created by CompoSecure, a 20-year leader in security, payment, and digital-asset storage technology solutions.

HOW ARCULUS WORKS
Your Arculus wallet solution is made up of two parts that work together: a physical Arculus Key™
Card and the mobile Arculus Wallet™ App. The Arculus Key Card is a sleek, metal card with leading-edge embedded security technology, a CC EAL6+ Secure Element Hardware Classification, to securely store your crypto and NFT keys. The card can be purchased at the Arculus website – getarculus.com.

Your Arculus wallet protects your digital assets with 3-factor authentication relying on something you are (a biometric marker), something you know (a PIN), and something you have (your Arculus Key Card).
Arculus has no cables, no Bluetooth, or USB connections and it never needs to be charged. It’s true cold storage. Your private keys are stored on the card and are always in your possession.
With Arculus, you don’t have to toggle between screens or push tiny buttons on a USB drive. Just enter your PIN and tap your card to the back of your phone.
It’s digital asset security made simple.

I’m trying to get my Arculus to pull up Hbar but it’s not pulling it up. So I can’t transfer it to my wallet. Don’t you accept Hbar/ Hedera on your wallet?

Questionable connections

Im skeptical about using this wallet, to many times my phone refuse to read my Arculus card: on New or older iPhones: it takes almost 20 minutes just for my phone to read the Arculus card, then after 100% restore it still won’t set up my account…phone case removed, phone restarts…pretty scary going into a bull market and I can’t access my crypto…think twice before buying…When I first got Arculus there was no issues at all….set up account and moved my investments to and from exchanges…now I can’t even access my account with Arculus…before u ask …it didn’t work on new phone either

Won’t give seed phrase for new wallet

Just bought Arculus wallet from the website. Tried to create a new wallet but once I held the card to my phone it said complete but never would go to the next step. The app seemed to freeze up and never gave me a seed phrase for a new wallet. Hopefully I’m not getting scammed!

I can’t access my wallet

I’ve recently bought the new 16 Mac Pro. Immediately I needed to log back into certain apps to include this one. After following all the instructions to restore my wallet on my new phone none of it has work. I feel like I’ve lost all my crypto! I’m in a full panic

Can’t access my bitcoin, as the app won’t scan the card! This has never happened before but it’s infuriating that I can’t access my bitcoin because the app is not functioning!

Too many issues

I don’t recommend. After downloading the app to my new phone I cannot connect my wallet to it. I still have my card and have tried to connect the card but it won’t recognize it. There is also no number to call for customer support so good luck.

This card is a nuisance, and………

Ok, where do I start. ☹️ I jumped on this card as soon as it came out. Big mistake, nevertheless I thought I’d try it out and see if things improve. 2 years later nothing. The only thing I can speak good on is the customer service and their quick response to my issue. I initially had issues with it connecting to my phone, which came out to be a batch of demos. Then they sent me another one no charge to me, and that one just was not loading and keeping the amount current. Then, they sent out another one for the last ditch effort and it was working fine. However, lately it’s been disconnecting from my phone causing me to have to constantly reconnecting it. I don’t use it for anything but to add coins. I guess if I don’t use it often it’ll just disconnect automatically which is the headache. I wish you guys fix this as I’ve recommended several friends, family and associates this card. 😢😩
