Servers are laggy, ban system needs improvement, basically you can get banned just because you had a bad game.. aracana too expensive...

Intro For Experienced Players???
I’ve played this game for nearly a decade in my country version. I don’t mention about servers, yet where is function button to skip the wasting-time introduction? The latest review Ive seen here is 4-6y ago, you could fix this point for more leads i guess.
The in game support doesn’t work
Okay so basically I had my Facebook account connected and that’s how i accessed my account now after about 10 years of playing I can’t sign in and it says because the developer is aware of the issue and will fix it , it’s been 3 months , I paid and have put time into but the help desk is me just putting messages in with no response so I guess the game is just dead
