Stop banning people’s accounts without a warning or at least give a chance to rectify a mistake

Viewing added to library books is proving to be difficult so also viewing the book it self and unlocking it. It takes ages to read novel even with good internet connection.

Why can’t I log in to my account and it says banned user
Customer service and app speed
Customer service is too slow for an online platform. The response time is hours long, there should be automated response to fix frequent issues promptly and easily. The app crashed without any prior warning or information on the issue to customers. Logging in is also proving difficult for linked accounts
