Ario | E FAQ
Is Ario | E free?
Yes, Ario | E is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Ario | E legit?
⚠️ The Ario | E app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
The app is pretty decent I’ll gone up that. The only thing I could think of to improve it would be adding support for Apple Pay.
There always seems to be more Ario scooters around than Lime but I can see why. The Ario scooters suck. They’re heavy, wide, and can’t take a turn faster than toddlers Little Tikes Cozy Coupe. Seriously, I crashed into a lamp post today because I was going into a turn and the lean angle maxed out at like 10-15 degrees. I would have had no problem making that turn on a lime scooter.
So overall, the app is decent and there’s good availability of scooters; for a reason.
No
I purchased a hour pass & it’s taking trying to take money from me but I’ve already purchased a pass. Won’t let me use it. Never again!
App easy. Scooter horrible
I just installed and hired one to pop a couple of blocks. The scooter was erratic at taking off sometimes needing a push sometimes not. When driving slow the slightest touch on the throttle would make it accelerate rapidly. The lean of the handlebar end made it feel like you could steep by leaning which you can’t aside from the absolute smallest turn which saw me leaning into corners but instead having to steer. The electric breaking was overboard but the hand braking was worn or terrible. I’ve ridden Lime, Flamingo and Beam which are all about the same - this was horrible and the only time I’ve felt like I might have an accident. It’s HEAVY so don’t expect to lift the tail with a foot to straighten up. Might just be ok for a fairly straight journey on a wide surface but far from nimble or manoeuvrable. I doubt I’ll ever hire one again.
Best scooter
100% these scooters are superior to all other scooters.
Nice scooter
Really safe and stable! Three wheels scooter looks way cooler!!
Restricted travel outside of tiny service centre
I was trying to ride the scooter to a friends home but as soon as I left the service area the scooter stopped functioning. The scooter then refused to move the wheels which made it extremely difficult to go back into the service area. Terrible design.
Nice escooter
I mainly use Ario scooters as a last mile transport to get home from the train station. The scooters are very stable and fun to ride.
Terrible
Do. Not. Use.
Pure grift. Nothing useful about this product
Designed to deliberately make your journey as bad as possible , this app is only valuable at teaching you a lesson in looking at reviews. Why can’t you do zero stars?
Disappointing
Comp compare to Lime Ario is an immoral money grab for cash that insists upon its users going top speed to decrease their use time. Ario is fundamentally bust and I will not be using again..
