Needs work and the last update was 5 yrs ago, but love it and hope it is maintained! The screen after identifying blocker lets you share the task and set a reward, but if you share it, you can’t return to set the reward, for instance. Also the text in the input field is hard to read as it’s too light. Please fix! 🤞
I just started using this app, yesterday. I’ve looked at/tried many apps that I think would be helpful. I definitely have ADHD and some anxiety. I struggle with perfectionism. Working from home has been difficult for me, because I need routine and accountability. Also, I tend to put things off due to “all or nothing” thinking. This app targets the underlying causes of procrastination... the payoff. I’m giving 4 stars because there seems to be a “glitch” when I attempt to message someone for accountability. It froze on me, a few times, and I had to close the app and start over.
First, this should be offered with instructions, as a 7-day trial. Second, this was a complete waste of my time and money! There are zero directions, it is basically a fancy demotivating timer.
I truly like this app in that it allows you to process what is happening related to your procrastination. I only wish it would allow you to look back at the demons you’ve conquered and their associated entries and dilemmas, like an archived journal to see your own progress. Other than this I am so grateful to this app and am excited to see how it will continue to help me to stay on track and not get bogged down by so much anxiety!
I love that I can just start somewhere, anywhere. The first timer is 5 minutes so I pick something small and feel accomplished right away. Then I just keep choosing other small chunks and take the built in break times. The reason for taking away 1 Star is because an audible feature when the break or work time is up would take it to the next level.
This app is sooo good. Take it from me. If your like me and get really scared to do something that takes awhile, you should download this app, it splits it up from 5 min to another 20 and keeps going and you can chose to take a break. I was cleaning my room for like an hour and I thought it was just like 30 min it’s amazing. Did I mention that you could pick a reward! Just download this app
Works.
How does this stupid app get all these positive reviews? Looks like it was knocked out in about five minutes, totally useless.
Really can’t find an explanation of how to use it
