I love this game but I keep getting kicked I used to be able to play for an hour but now I can only play for five mins before getting kicked then have to open the game again just to get kicked and I’m LV 59 and I can’t do the story if I try one it kicks me and I’ve on a LV 47 chapter up till now pls fix this before I won’t be able to play
Waht is wrong with your UI/UX DESIGNER i was thinking why its not as popular as manga but after downloading it now i know the answer. Its a new game but do you guys really think someone will wait to complete 6 gb resource while playing it first time you guys should have do it like resources file are downloading on back ground while the game is running and also i like to add about game bugs but since i hope you guys are working on them please solve these issue otherwise as a designer i know its not gonna as popular as it would be beee.😌
Overall it’s a pretty cool game but Idk why the game keeps shutting down whenever I play story mode. I’ve tried to fix it by doing everything but the error just won’t go
For all the time i enjoyed playing the game i have spent equal amount of time facing crashes or freezing. I own an iphone 12 and by no means its a bad spec phone. But really what the hell. I’m tried of consistently reopening the game which takes around 2-5 minutes and by then I don’t really feel like playing the game. Just fix these crashs issues because i really enjoy playing this game.
It keep lagging a lot and always app getting close whenever I am doing missions and I graphic setting is not good either

Hey netmarble studio’s, I understand u guys made so much effort into making this game and graphics and gameplay wise it’s a great game coming from Original manhwa as a reader it’s delight but the loading and poor server management shows clearly ofc introduce new original characters but at the same make game smooth and put little effort on server and game loading time ik designer are doing great in character design but if the game can’t load in time and takes few seconds whenever we come to main menu it’s so satire and makes a person unwilling to play it more ..

The game itself is great and I’ve been playing it since Alpha Launch. However, after a certain amount of grind as F2P, you’ll get stuck on the final 2 Chapters. Levelling up requires 250K+ Experience and you can earn a maximum of 75K each day if you don’t spend money and get multipliers for Levelling up. From Required 54 Level in Chapter 13 to Level 63 in Chapter 15, it’s impossible no matter how hard you grind. Expect your gameplay to end at Chapter 15 if not, before if you’re not lucky with Draws and Weapons. Shadow Fragments need you to clear 10 Gates per Fragment and you’ll need to clear 1000 Gates before you extract another shadow apart from Igris. Game is focused on making money, not users being rewarded.
