The apps freezing while load to the main menu. The service are not reliable. You expect something great by buying wifi model and can connect seamlessly. I would rather buy tuya iot rather than wifi controlled water heater
After using the new app, always had this problem. My ariston NET is just like normal water heater, I can’t even see my product. I have to wait about 10 mnt, then sometimes and only sometimes the product shown in the app. But when I open and try to do something like turn off the heater/change temperature it already lost the connection. Not long after that, the product dissapear again from the dashboard. “Try refreshing the page” is shown again, then the cycle continue……. Please fix this..! This app is the only gateway to your product, why don’t you just go with open system if you cannot make decent app.
It was hard to open the app since loading time more than 1 hour?what kind of app is this? Previous version was more reliable than this app. And after re-install the app, I’m still stuck and couldn’t log into my account..what a shame!
Boost feature not function.
You should be ashamed ariston. Not up to your name. How in the world I was logged out from my account and cannot sign in again? Tried to change the password but guess what….it’s 404 not found. Stupid
Scheduling is not working
for water heater scheduling. why must be at 80 degree celcius,then can be scheduling. make it better please. not everyone use at maximum for bath. poor ariston
