Arithmetic Invaders Express: Grade K-3 Math Facts

3.5 stars. Not a bad little skill practice app with Space Invaders style graphics. It probably won't hold a child's attention for days, but decent for several 15 to 20 minute practice sessions. For children that need more time for computation, this game may be a little fast and frustrating. I would probably use this with an advanced 1st grader or 2nd grader.

The game part is fun! Math facts and facts about Solar System is something parents appreciate.

Well I haven't had too much luck getting my son interested in the game. I doubt it's really the game though. He has a very low frustration level and is easily stressed if it feels like its going too fast.

My son LOVES playing math games and combining them with a space atmosphere makes it all the better. THANKS!

This seems to be a good free little app for lower primary students to practice their math!

It is hard to find an educational app my son looks forward to playing, this is one he gets excited about!

my kids LOVE this game. they are huge fans of anything space related and mom loves it because they are actually learning!

The thing that hooked me was the alien voice welcoming me. This would be so engaging for kids. I like the black sky background which makes the items stand out. Finally, I like how planet facts are mixed in. I haven't finished a mission yet, but I will try this with my students who are sure to be more successful!
