There’s a lag
Every time I open the app is won’t show my balance unless I clock on another feature, then back to balance.
Won’t open
Not sure if you did an update but now the app doesn’t always open. Maybe more quality control before you push out updates.
Bring the widget back.
I love the app but since the new IOS it doesn’t have the widget anymore. I can do quick balance on my watch but not the phone. Please fix it.
Quick balance
I used to be able to view my balance without opening up the banking app. I believe it was through a widget. I can no longer add the widget to my home screen. This is so disappointing as I used it all the time.
Ever since the app updated
Ever since the app updated the screen when you first login to see your account seems like it’s just pending not sure what’s going on with that, but it is really annoying if you click any of the account buttons on the bottom, then it starts working
Awesomeness
This year the app has gotten more customizable and I love it! Still just as easy to use with an updated look. Love that I can have “favorited” or “starter” accounts now!
Quick balance widget gone after iOS18 update.
Great app, has been great for some time. But, I use the quick balance widget more than anything. After updating to iOS18 the widget was gone! I was so bummed and hope that it will come back soon. Please, please get it back. Thank you.
