This is the worst app I’ve ever used. Critical information is missing here and there, and you can’t even jump to another product that is on the same page to compare. After struggling to select items that is over 1000kr by using information on the web, the only delivery option available was a store pick up. But of course the website shows other pick up options. What is the use of this app that is filled with technical errors everywhere?

Can’t see neither my orders nor favorites when logged in 👎

I live in Sweden and my closest store according to the app is in Paris. In reality it is Copenhagen. Can’t change this, so the app is now deleted.

I just wanna buy without need to make an account.

When opening the app it never loads the colation and keep opening and trying to load and close and opening and trying to load. Impossible to shop.

Just had the most amazing service in arket Birmingham , nothing was too much both members of staff assisted me with stock and the download of the app , I will 100% be returning .

As another reviewer has said - this APP seems completely independent from the website, which is where I have been logging in before downloading this. First of all, I tried to log into the APP using my existing details- but it wouldn’t allow me in. After several attempts, I finally created an APP account, thinking that if I do not see a message saying “This account already exists “ then I’m good to go. NOT THE CASE. I thought it would be easier to use the APP, but on logging in, there is no record of my account and it is telling me to shop in store! Very strange and useless APP. I’m going to delete it now.

A nightmare trying to login. Finally received the link but the account details aren’t the same! No personal details, no record of past orders and no record of my password. Seems completely independent from the website. What is the point of this app?

I have account with arket but every time it says a link has been sent to my email, but I never got it. Frustrating.

The person who has already commented on this is spot on! I have had the same experience- from London- nearest store Paris and everything showing in French & Euros. Deleted app as well. Useless!
