Really you guys have to do something,90% of the scooters are on 1km per hour 😡

I have never seen such expensive ride before This is the first and last time we are to be using these scooters I got back to back charges on my CC minute over minute 21 dirhams, 30 dirhams, 41 dirhems, and more. Wanted to chat via the chat function of the app, the bot connected me to an agent, no one appeared, waited for 15 minutes

Very bad experience. Added promo code but wasn’t reflected. Money gone. Customer care is really scary. Guys you walk. Dont use this. One month gone and no response for my money till now.

I don’t recommend this app to rental scooter, The cost is very very very expensive. Old scooter, bad quality and timing is running after end of trip. Thanks

The worst app ever literally. The scooter said its a free ride and when i scanned the code it took approximately 100 dirhams from me so never again.

They made this app to cheat people.. faulty scooter not working properly still charge. no body to listen or respond on query they keep on repeating same story.. beware of such thug

These people are SCAMMERS. The scooters are all horrible, they dont work and they stop suddenly and dont work again. The app is useless, and it is very very expensive. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

It was New Year’s Eve on kite beach and most of the scooters were rented so we decided to try out the is new app, it said 20dhs of your first ride, there was a support guy from the app and he said it’s same charges as the other app, 3dhs to unlock and 1 dhs per minute, we downloaded the apps and started our rides, 13 minute ride is suppose to charge 13dhs+3dhs, so total 16dhs, it charged 28dhs, what follows is even worst, you WhatsApp their customer support with the issue, instead of answering they block you

I thought to try Arnab scooter for fun and to use the free 20AED, the app is buggy I couldn’t end the ride, it gives me error and kept counting minutes on me, it end up me paying 20 AED on a very bad non-working app. I regretted I installed that app and used their scooter

I have the rental scooter delivery yesterday but no one reached me and no response in Whatsaap and mail for 3 days Their app system is horrible slow and not accurate Now they are charging more and more for short distance also In the beginning they were quite good at service now it became horrible no scooters available in areas
