Looking to go from John z Lennon to Liverpool city. It says Liverpool city is out of the service area. Pretty useless and it take £1 off you. Rip off don’t use it

How does ArrivaClick work?
- ArrivaClick is an on-demand transport system that takes multiple passengers heading in the same direction and books them into a shared vehicle. Using the ArrivaClick app, input your location and we’ll match you with a vehicle going your way. We’ll pick you up on a nearby corner and drop you off within a few blocks of your requested destination. Our smart algorithms provide trip times that are comparable to a taxi and much more convenient than other public transport options, even with multiple pick-ups along the way.
How long will I wait?
- Our average wait time is 5 to 10 minutes and you’ll always get an accurate estimate of your pick-up ETA before booking. You can also track your car in real time in the app.
- We also offer pre-scheduling! If you know when you want a vehicle, you can book a journey up to 30 days in advance! Just set your preferred pickup time and we’ll dispatch a vehicle to you at your designated time & date.
How many passengers will I share a minibus with?
The number of passengers you will share a journey varies based on capacity and your chosen destination! Our comfortable minibuses can easily accommodate 12 to 15 people.

Doesn’t work with autofill password managers
Frustratingly lacking in this as neither external not inbuilt autofill work unlike every other app
Very polite and courteous driver
The driver that carried us was very professional and polite. Aside that, the time given for his arrival and getting to destination was precise. The fare was also affordable. Bravo Arrival click.
Confused by the new update???
Based in Greenhithe - so confused about the new app?? Randomly changed everything and didn’t even tell people. Is the time the pick up time or the time you’ll arrive I'm so confused…
Is this for the UK ?
All we want is an app that tells us when your buses are coming; how much the ride will cost; be able to purchase tickets prior to travel; possible vehicle tracking abilities; delays and cancellations. I went to sign in, couldn’t remember my password. The app wanted my mobile number but gave me the USA prefix as a starting point. FAIL. I’ve got rid of the app, not worth wasting my phone memory on.
Poor app
I tried getting a temp password as I forgot mine, they said I would’ve got one, I didn’t.
Literal waste of time.
Downloaded this app to catch a journey into Leicester. Set up my payment card and when it came to booking my ride it told me to validate my purchase on my online banking app, which I did. After three individual attempts of booking a ride and approving the transaction it still wouldn’t validate my card so I gave up. What a waste of time.

I won’t be using this if you don’t service most of the city. Rather get an Uber least they don’t muck around with zones.
Pointless
Could be a great service however you can never order one! Managed to order 1 in 15 attempts at different times and days. Then get text messages with varying excuses ranging from technical issues to driver sickness🙄 Don’t bother.
