I went to the game against Leverkusen

Portrait mode only on the iPad

App is fine but I find it irksome that it only displays in Portrait mode on the iPad, haven’t seen a way to resolve this. Landscape mode would make watching video clips more enjoyable.

Thieves

Just purchased the game and logged out of the device and wanted use another device because the stream is ridiculously laggy and now can’t log back in because now I have to add a code that I don’t have nice one you muppets last time I spend a penny on the club.

2024 and cant cast to tv

Paid for the pre season pass only to find you cant cast the live games to your TV! Its 2024!! I dont want to watch the game on a phone. Meant to be a big club why don't we have our own TV channel?

Can’t login

Every time I try to watch a video it asks me to login although I already had. I have even tried to create a new account and I still can’t log on!!!!! In the past I have always been able to watch videos and now I cannot!! I do not know what has been done to stop us fans from watching videos but this needs sorting. If the problem is fixed I will change my rating. I used to love this app but now I can’t even access any videos. I don’t think anyone will even respond.

Bugs and laggy

Some times it’s slow especially when your in the shop but I love how u can react to the posts but I wish they’d post the new season kits on there

The app is still not working properly

I’m not able to login on the arsenal shop from “Member Login”s link. In this case I have to go to internet page, and my opinion the app is useless sometimes.

Update bugs with videos

Latest update leaves playing progress bar visible on the video

New version not okay

Can’t seem to get rid of the pause symbol during videos playback which means I can’t see well. Hope this will be resolved before the season starts back. Giving 2 stars for now, hopefully resolved soon.

Great App but no landscape view?

On iPad, if you are holding in landscape it starts in landscape and then when the App opens up it’s portrait - on it’s side. Can we have a landscape view?
