In 2015 unknown subjects took direct action and took over HAARP installations in the USA, Russia and China. Their actions created ELF pulses and plasma fireballs in the sky, causing earthquakes, tsunami’s and permanent climate change.
The installations were then sabotaged and completely destroyed.
Alliances have formed in an effort to control the resources remaining.
Begin your quest for World domination. Choose your Alliance and declare war against rival factions. Build your own command with friends from all over the world.
